Darius has always been passionate about athletics and training. After interning at Ironworks, Darius came on-board as strength & conditioning coach and looks forward to working with athletes that aspire to grow and further their athletic careers.
Aside from working with athletes as a strength coach, Darius is an elite box lacrosse goalie and a 2x team bronze medal winner for the US Indoor Lacrosse Junior team. Darius was signed as a free agent to The Panther City Lacrosse team in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). He currently plays semi-professional lacrosse in the BLL.
Darius is excited to be a member of the Ironworks team and looks forward to training athletes across all disciplines with science based weight lifting techniques. This will allow the athletes he trains to build a strong athletic foundation, elevate their game, prevent injuries, and allow them to take their performance to the next level.
