Josh Collins

Director of Strength & Conditioning | B.S.; CSCS; Conjugate Tactical

Josh Collins attended Colorado State University, where he played rugby and studied Health and Exercise Science. Eventually having to leave the sport he loved due to injury, Josh pursued his passion of helping others get healthier and happier through proper exercise and nutrition. Earning certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, Josh uses science based principles to bring your game to the next level.

Having spent the majority of his life competing, Josh understands what it means to live the life of a student athlete. He strives to meet the athlete where they are at and treats the athlete as a whole person, instead of just a number on the field. Josh prioritizes quality movement, training with the intent to keep the athlete healthy over the course of their athletic career.

Recently moving down to Denver from Fort Collins where he worked as a Performance Coach and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Colorado State Men’s Rugby Team. Josh is excited to join Ironworks Performance and contribute to an environment that builds the entire athlete.
